Hiyama Kiyoteru CHARACTER USAGE GUIDELINES

DEFINITIONS

"Character" shall mean all of the graphics, the character design and the character name of VOCALOID(TM)2 product [Hiyama Kiyoteru] that are used on the product package, promotional materials and other related merchandises. "Copyright Owners" shall mean AHS Co. Ltd.

GRANT OF LICENSE

You as individual or fan group may use Character original image and Character in your derivative works and distribute such derivative works for non-commercial purpose only. You must get written permission from Copyright Owners prior to any other use of Character not expressly granted under this agreement. If you would like to use Character for commercial purposes, you must contact AHS Co. Ltd. for being licensed additionally. The following uses are expressly prohibited when you use this product, including publishing image/picture data: (a). against public order and morality including obscene, sexual or profane definitions under applicable laws of the Japan; (b). purposed in order to defame or insult Copyright Owners, the creator of data included in this product or any third party.

AMENDMENT OR REVISION OF CHARACTER USAGE GUIDELINES

These character usage guidelines can be amended or revised at any time and at its sole discretion of Copyright Owners. And such amendment or revision shall be effective upon posting of such revised agreement on the webpage of Copyright Owners.
